Swimming Sports

Today we are going to be having our swimming sports after morning tea. Some children will be using the flutter boards to swim across the pool.  Some children will be using their arms, and others will be doing a little display to show us how they are able to dive under the water and blow bubbles. We are feeling very excited about showing our parents our amazing swimming skills today. 

Road Safety

We had a special visit from Constable Rob. He taught us about crossing the road safely. Here are some photos of us dressing up in Police gear. It was so much fun.

ALOHA IS TODAY!!

Today we are getting ready for Aloha! Our class is going to be selling Indian food, yum yum! Anya is going to spin the wheel, Lily is going to buy a cake, Tate is going to buy some coke, Charlotte is going to help her mum sell tickets and Zuade is going to buy some yummy cupcakes! We are all very excited about tonight and we hope to see you all there!

Room 4 visits Arataki!

Last week Room 4 visited Arataki as we are learning about our natural environment. We went for a nature walk through the forest with our park ranger Dennis. He told us many stories about the history of the trees and plants at Arataki. After lunch, we used our senses to explore the natural environment of the bush. It was an amazing trip and we learnt lots! Here are some photos of our class enjoying the day!
