The owner through the ball to the two dogs. The ball was in the water then the black dog picked up the ball from the water.then the black fluffy dog passed it back to the owner then the owner through the ball again then I think the White dog got the ball. By Barney

On Wednesday i made a origami dog.I think it is pretty cool and good. It was amazing and so so much fun.It is not hard.I think it is easy and quick.My hole class made one. I really like to make them.😀

My origami dogs are the only one that I have ever done.It was amazing learning how to make it . You can make it by step 1 a piece of paper step 2 fold it so it still has a medium strip. By lulu

On Saturday I went to my prize giving. I went with my two brothers and my mum. My team is called the ponies.
I got two awards.The first award I got was player of the year. The second award I got was the runner up of the nelson cup best performer under 7.
I got a drink bottle,a bag,two certificates and a trophy.
I love rugby.

Room 4 went to Kelly Tarlton's . There were hundreds of sea creatures. The hardest animal to spot was the wobbegong shark. The most popular animal were the shark. We enjoyed the trip. By Kaselle

Wobbegong Sharks By Rory Wobbegong Sharks eat pufferfish,reef sharks,tuna and a whole lot of other stuff. Also surprisingly they don't attack humans.Their predators are a great white sharks and mako sharks. Humans kill them for their leather to make jackets. Their habitats are warm waters,shallow bays,caves,rocky bottoms. Wobbegong means shaggy beard, that's why it looks like it has coral on its mouth. They eat other sharks too.

This week in Room 4 we have been writing about sea creatures. We used the Internet to find information. We looked on YouTube and we searched Google to find different facts about our animal. We used a planner to summarise our facts. The facts will be written as a report to share with the class.

100 days of Learning
This morning we celebrated 100 days of learning at Grey Lynn School. We invited our parents to share in our learning. Room 4 performed three plays. The plays were called, 'The King's Parade', 'The MTC' and 'Frog School'. We also visited the art exhibition in Rooms 16 & 17! That was amazing.

Facts about Waste and Recycling
At the tansfer station we do and make lots of things. I found out that plastic is made out of car oil which is really odd. It is interesting that plastic has to go to Thailand or Malaysia to get recycled. Room Four thinks that we should save the world by using the three r's: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. What bin does laminated paper go in?
